ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS CLUB

Environment constitutes a very important part in our life. The Environment Awareness Club of the College functions well.

The main objectives of the Club are:

  • various factors causing environmental degradation
  • explain the concept of sustainable development
  • Recognize the national and international commitment to the protection of environmental.
  • Global warming and tree plantation

The Club conducts various competitions on Environment related topics and carries out many eco-activities.

Activities
Annual Report 2015-16

  • On 15.08.2016, a tree plantation program was organized in our campus. 50 saplings were planted in the campus.
  • On 29.8.2016 a drawing competition was conducted on “Clean India Green India”. Above 15 students participated and prizes were awarded.

  • On 15.08.2014, a tree plantation program was organized in our campus. 50 saplings were planted and herbal garden was formed. Nearly 50 different herbal plants were maintained and their medicinal uses were demonstrated by the students.
